What we collect
When you call us or submit the appointment form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, and a description of the appliance problem. We collect this only to schedule and perform your repair, provide a quote, and follow up about the work.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your appointment, dispatch a technician, order parts, invoice you, and honor warranty claims. We may send you a request for a review after a completed job. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the technician assigned to your job and, when a part must be ordered, with the parts supplier or manufacturer. We disclose information to law enforcement only when legally required.
How long we keep it
Service records are retained for seven years so we can honor warranties and answer questions about past repairs. You may request deletion of information not required for warranty or tax purposes.
